	Cabinets are completely installed and level
	The sink, faucet and cooktop are on site
	The dishwasher and stove are in place
	Existing countertops are removed, (if applicable)
	Homeowner will be present at time of template and install
	Slab is selected (material will only be held at the yard for 10 days no exceptions)
	A minimum trip charge of $150 will apply if above criteria are not met at the time of template
	A charge of $125 will apply to installations of any oversized section (one piece, no seam) of 20 square feet (average weight= 350 to 450 lbs.)
	Installations done in any of the 5 NYC Boroughs will be charged a $250 trip charge
	Cancellations after template are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Special materials used on custom applications will be charged separately
	Cancellations after material is delivered to fabricator will be charged a 10% restocking fee
	In some instances pieces will need to be seamed due to access to your home, doorway sizes, or special situations. Additional men may be required for oversized pieces but not all situations can be accommodated. These conditions are at the discretion of Rock It.
	Any Change made to an order after templating must be submitted in writing, must be signed and must be approved prior to fabrication
	Due to the nature of natural stone, full height back splash orders must be placed along with the countertop order to ensure that matching material is available
	Sink cutouts will be done to manufactures specifications unless Rock It sees otherwise fit. Any alterations from this must be presented at the time of template

	Estimate is based on given dimension. $150.00 deposit is required to schedule template and place the order. Upon completion of template, final pricing will be based on actual square footage. Order must be paid in full to proceed with fabrication and installation.
